3) JBTaskman – just the best task manager Symbian has ever seen now supporting s60v5 + s60v3


4) Gravity – the best twitter client on the Symbian platform enough said


5) Best Profiles – Profile management on steriod


6) Handy Calendar – A lot better than the native s60 calendar PIM app and if you have a hacked phone it will launch straight from the Stand by screen via a patch applied through rom patcher. I love this app !!


7) Best Timer – because sometime you simply need a good timer and this one has all the cool features


8) Calcuim – the easiest calculator to use on the Symbian platform, it won’t do rocket science but it will handle all your simple calculations with ease


9) Profimail – because email does not need to look pretty, it simply needs to work reliably


10) Handy Alarm Pro – your alarm and reminder system on steriods, I highly recommend this application


11) Mail For Exchange synchronizes with google in perfect harmony, check this tutorial here


12) Landscape Pro – for the ultimate screen rotation experience


13) Shozu – would you like the gateway to Social Media, if your answer is yes, then you have to have this application loaded on all your devices, its amazing and my defacto uploader to all my social media sites.


14) Pixelpipe Plugin via Share Online – joins the above mentioned application in the Social Media competition, its a must have as well.


15) X-Plore – the ultimate file manager, enough said, its got it all, even an integrated music player isn’t that cool


16) You Tube – because we need some entertainment as well ah plus it now supporting s60v5 and s60v3

  • Thanks for the article. Question though, what kind of patch did you apply in Rom Patcher to make Handy Calendar turn on straight from the Stand By? I've got Heloox (Rom Patcher came with it). Help Appreciated.
